About Us

My name is Chantelle McWhorter and I was born and raised in Southeastern Ohio. I'm a wife and a mother of three. Now that I got the basics out of the way, we can dive deeper into who I actually am.

One trait that I've always claimed to be is artistic. From drawing anime characters as a kid to more detailed illustrations as a teen, I've always been interested in creating art. While interested in photography from a young age, it's something I didn't delve into until adulthood. Once I picked up my camera and started capturing memories for other people, I was hooked.

One thing I've always strived for is to not only have the eye to capture good pictures, but the information and skills to create amazing ones. When I'm not behind a camera doing sessions or chasing around children, you're likely to catch me at my computer doing research and learning how I can improve. One thing I've learned about myself through this journey in becoming a photographer is that not only do I want others to take me seriously, but I also want to take myself seriously as well.

I'm constantly learning and growing my craft so that I'm able to bring you guy's the highest quality photos that demand your attention and will last not only a lifetime but beyond.

My name is Jody Brafford. I was raised in the small town of South Webster in Southern Ohio. I now live in Jackson, Ohio, and I am a mother of two rambunctious toddlers.

My children are what drew me to photography, like many mothers I wanted to capture all my children’s milestones. I am also a very detailed oriented person, so this led to me diving deep into YouTube and articles to figure out how to get gorgeous photos of my sweet babies.

In 2019 after having several photo sessions done by Chantelle McWhorter, I decided I wanted to invest in my own professional camera. From there I was captured, I have since been learning and shooting with Chantelle.

My goal as your photographer is to give you and your family a memory to hold onto for generations to come.
